I’m a creative strategist, people operations leader, and designer with over a decade of experience building thoughtful systems, imaginative brands, and inclusive communities. My work sits at the intersection of HR, design, and business development—bridging strategy and aesthetics to shape meaningful employee experiences, scalable operations, and emotionally resonant visuals.
From global tech teams across North America, Europe, and Asia to indie startups and wellness brands, I bring a human-centered lens to problem-solving. Whether it's launching DEIB programs, streamlining HR workflows, or designing UI/UX and storytelling assets, I thrive in spaces where creativity meets clarity.
Astralfae is where I channel my love for world-building, game design, and fashion into visual storytelling. I’m currently developing a solo indie game rooted in folklore and customization, alongside expanding a clothing line that celebrates otherworldly aesthetics, environmental storytelling, and upcycling.
Outside the studio, you’ll find me at music festivals, building moss-covered art installations, or hiking Fryman Canyon with my bearded dragon sidekick, Marzipan.
